Returns

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods by the customer. This is why you must comply with the conditions set out on this conditions page.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN FOR CUSTOMERS

Returns will not be accepted for the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, will have lost the right of withdrawal.

The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Animalons Montjuïc reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the return has been communicated, you will receive instructions to deliver it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the time you inform us of your wish to exercise the right.

The transport costs incurred by the return will be covered by the customer when the customer does not want the product or has made a mistake when placing the order. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates. However, you can calculate the cost of the return here:

Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you with the exception of any additional charges resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer. We will pay you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can withhold the refund.

Return of products with gift or promotion. The full return (full pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the reimbursement.
